
Easy Chocolate Muffins
Quick and yummy chocolate muffins that melt in your mouth!

Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line a 12-hole muffin pan with paper muffin cases.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar and your chocolate bits in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, milk, vanilla and eggs. Add oil mixture to your dry ingredients. Using a wooden spoon, stir until just combined. Spoon mixture into paper cases.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until firm to touch. Allow to cool. Eat!
